LIST OF SERVICES
NANNIES
The main role of a nanny is to care for your child/children as they grow and develop beyond the infant stage. We go through a detailed initial needs assessment with each client to help us find you the ideal nanny to meet your family’s needs.
Some examples of how our nannies can support you:

Creating and coordinating a happy environment where your children can learn and play.

Taking children to and from their activities and appointments such as school and after-school programs, doctor appointments, and play-dates with friends.

Help keep your children's bedrooms, playroom and bathrooms clean and safe for your children to enjoy.

They may assist with meal preparation, laundry and in some cases help with some housekeeping duties.
CHEFS
A home chef/cook will help you and your family maintain a healthy diet and will tailor their cooking to meet any and all dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. They will prepare and cook nutritious meals for your entire family.

Let our chefs do the work including family meals, dinner party menus and meals as well as snacks for everyone to enjoy!

Your chef will manage food costs and stock inventory on an ongoing basis.

They’ll help keep your kitchen and pantry well organized, stocked and clean. No need to worry where you left the olive oil!
FAMILY HELPER
A “family helper” is a role that combines both assistant and childcare responsibilities. We recognize that many families needs change as children reach school-age. A family helper will be available to assist with home and personal matters while your children are in school. We will tailor the amount of time a family helper is on site based on what is best for you and your family.
Some examples of how our FAMILY HELPER can support you:

Our helper will do any personal and/or family related errand running and shopping for you.

School pickup, shuttling kids to after school activities, help with homework, and meal prep.

Assisting with organizing and maintaining your home and/or home office.
BABY NURSE
Will provide guidance as well as emotional and physical support to the mother or caretaker of a newborn baby. They will help show parents how to care for their newborn and also allow the family to rest and recover post-delivery.
Some examples of how our SPECIALISTS can support you:

Help educate everyone in the home about caring for a newborn. This will include creating feeding and sleep schedules, changing diapers, washing your baby. Everything you need to know to run a smooth and loving home for your newest addition.

Breast and bottle feeding education and support.

Provide emotional support to the mother and/or caretaker, other family members, in particular any postpartum needs.

Assist with some light home care needs such as minor housekeeping (washing the babies clothes and bedding), running errands and meal preparation.
Night nannies or night nurses, change, swaddle, soothe, and feed babies caring for them throughout the night so their parents can get some rest. They are there to help you rest and adjust to the beautiful new addition to your family!
NIGHT NURSE
Some examples of how our NIGHT NURSES can support you:

Washing and dressing (including swaddling) your baby, Breast and bottle feeding, cleaning and sterilizing nipples, bottles and all items your baby uses daily. Helping to create and maintain regular feeding and sleep schedules, umbilical cord and circumcision cleaning and care.

Help your family learn all of the best possible ways to set schedules for both you and your baby over their first year.

Typically they will work overnight shifts (in 12-24 hour increments) or whenever the parents need their support.
HOUSE MANAGER
A house manager will be responsible for maintaining your household. The services a house manager provides depend on your home’s size and your needs. Their main goal is to ensure that your home is cared for and runs smoothly by resolving any maintenance matters both inside and around your home.
Some examples of how our HOUSE MANAGERS can support you:

Managing the upkeep both on the inside and outside of your home. They’ll help coordinate anything from small repairs to ongoing home renovations and/or maintenance that may be needed. Such as painting, gardening, pool cleaning and window washing/exterior home cleaning manage funds-allocation for the upkeep of the household & grounds

They’ll keep tabs on your vehicle repairs, cleaning & general maintenance.

They’ll run errands related to home care (hardware store, painting and/or pool supplies etc.).
